We do not offer returns for graded comic books and cards. The market volatility and the fact they are already pre-condition guaranteed is mainly the reason for this.

Characters must be returned with tags and new condition. The return must be initiated within 7 days of return authorization. There is a 20% restocking fee subtracted from refund. If there was an incorrect item shipped, we will send a label and waive any restocking fee.
