This RARE SIGNED hand-painted limited edition cel with matching signed drawing was created by Animation Director, Myron Waldman. Waldman (deceased) had over 70 years of experience in the field of animation.  Waldman was best known for his work at Fleischer Studio, where he started his first career work in 1930; At Fleischer, he worked on Betty Boop, Raggedy Ann, Gulliver’s Travels, Superman and Popeye cartoons.
This Popeye edition is limited to 250 hand-numbered regular editions with 15 Artist Proofs.
The pieces are accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.
